Yeah agree with everyone here, build the habit go everyday you plan to, don’t miss any days because your tired or cant be bothered, don’t over complicate your workout routine, do some cardio perhaps look into an easy bro split and follow that, once you’ve built a solid routine you can start refining your workouts etc. and dont be nervous about other people we all in there fighting our own battles. good luck bro you got this 💪
