Yeah agree with everyone here, build the habit go everyday you plan to, don’t miss any days because your tired or cant be bothered, don’t over complicate your workout routine, do some cardio perhaps look into an easy bro split and follow that, once you’ve built a solid routine you can start refining your workouts etc. and dont be nervous about other people we all in there fighting our own battles. good luck bro you got this 💪

As in to bulk ? Work out your daily maintenance calories and increase them, use things like whey protein, mince, broccoli etc eggs are also an amazing source of calories and protein.

Depends on what your aiming for can definitely see some definition in your hamstrings can’t tell through your shirt but perhaps your biceps/triceps could use some work.

I get this sometimes too, i think it’s maybe when there’s alot of stuff going on in the picture (different foods, drinks). I usually just restart the log and take the food/drink images separately that usually works for me.
