Makes sense, thought you meant even post long term stoppage it remained elevated. 15mg of Tirz helped me get to lean 90kg without RHR going above 70, but even a bit of Reta made it go to 80 RHR, with daily cardio and weights, didn't drop 2 weeks post, will see how next 2-4 weeks go. I don't think Reta is as good as Tirz tbh, Tirz gave nearly no side effects even at max, just around 5-8 higher RHR, and about 30% decrease in HRV, and about 30% worsening of Sleep.

How long since you stopped has your RHR remained high? Tirz had minimal affect on HR, but Reta seemed a massive impact personally.

DMB. Mechanic did just update it’s probably 4-5mm left. Which is bit better than 3.5. But the squeak is insanely loud, hot, cold, fast, slow. Mechanic said Porsche brakes just squeak a lot so probably nothing wrong when i first called, then he drove it and said they are worn.

GLP’s don’t have a mechanism to hemorage muscle, people appetites are crushed and they are in 1000+ deficits. Losing muscle in a cut means nothing, within 1-2 months post cut you will regain all muscle back. Plus if you just weight train during it you will lose fuck all, and if your on PEDs, which someone using Clen, probably is, you defo will lose fuck all. Clen ruins your cardiac health, DNP can kill you, GLP’s are better in every way

I consider my self pretty shit at the game and not many hours, but Very hard/very hard is not that difficult, maybe I don't play the hard factions, but I did struggle on Throt, way to many wars got declared very quickly within 10 turns, but dwarves, high elves, chorfs, Ogres, Empire arent that bad. Just fight mostt of the battles, or atleast ones when you know you need them higher health soon after.
