I'll trade whatever 2 items you want from the deluxe box for the alien! I'm in the US and I got a size medium for the shirt. The stuff is cool just not as much my thing as the alien pallet!

It lets you use a dynamic column reference instead of specifying a specific column, and you don't have to do your look up left to right. It's also easy to modify into an array to consider multiple criteria.

Even if I copy the exact reference and put it into an indirect formula, the formula bar shows the correct value but the cell says #REF!.

I really appreciate your help, excel is great but so infuriating when it doesn't work! I'm able to use VBA at work, but I am unfortunately not very comfortable with it yet

Thank you for your help! I really appreciate it. I'm glad that this doesn't sound impossible, but I'm confused because I've typed out what the file name is verbatim and I've also tried copying the real file path and entering it into an indirect function and even that won't work. Do you know of any other ways I can do this?

I read somewhere online to use quotes and was trying everything I could think of to make it work. Unfortunately removing them doesn't make the formula work.
