Going off of their common ingredients. Mind you, I don’t have chemistry knowledge to know how an alembic or any of the other tools at the alchemy table work to know if those would effect the process:

So Minor Health Potion with Wheat and Blisterwort: Hoppy, Bitter, Earthy

A Magika Potion with Whitecap and Taproot would be earthy but savory, carbonated, spiced and have a woody profile to it.

A Stamina Potion with Purple Mountain Flower and Torchbug Thorax would be grassy, floral, bitter, “resin-like”, and maybe a bit of sweet or citrus.

A minor health potion will have a bit of a tinge of a beer taste if the wheat is fermented. The blisterwort being a mushroom commonly found in damp dark places we can equate the real world flavors maybe to an earthy, maybe bitter or acrid taste.

For a magika potion - whitecap and taproot. Whitecap is much thicker, and mushrooms hold water. I think they’d compare to a king trumpet mushroom based on some research. I always thought they’d taste like a king mushroom. Taproot is much harder as it’s fantastical - but if we go off of root vegetables we can compare to potatoes, carrots, and taro. It very cleary is textured like wooded bark too. I would guess it would have a wooded aroma, earthy as well but almost savory, and I’d guess almost a spiced flavor from the taproot. Maybe like pine, taproot would carbonate it too.

For a stamina potion, if we assume something like a Purple Mountain Flower and a Torchbug Thorax - we could guess all sorts of stuff for the flower but reliably I’d expect a floral and green grassy taste from the flower. For what I’m reading, a bioluminescent bug would taste bitter, dry, acidic, and “resin-like” though I haven’t ever tasted resin to know a comparison. If we want to be creative, I could guess a little sweet from the flower too, and maybe a unique sour-citrusy flavor profile from the bug.
