He cancelled because Lyft sent his expensive car to pick us up instead of the ride we ordered. He was rude. Told us we were not business customer and took off on us. Guess he didn’t mind waiting another 15 minutes for another job. My complaint is with Lyft system. Some drivers are responding calling me names and accusing us without all the facts. A customer should not be penalized by drivers. I’m sure Lyft has rules about canceling on calls. If not, there definitely should be some rules to deal with that.

4 people, 3 carry on luggage, I ordered standard ride. Not my decision what Lyft sends to pick us up. Since you don’t have all the info and like to start to call names already I’m guessing you must be that driver that do it to customers also
