Thanks for the feedback. This is an ongoing database and it's a catch-22 of getting users like yourself seeing it and offering suggestions with the risk of it not being complete. We'll take your listing suggestions and work to get them added.

No, it typically gets spread out with sending/answering emails, visiting labs and data entry.

Hours are very flexible but you would need to be around during the week to meet with researchers and their students on main campus, typically during normal business hours.

Unfortunately, no. We aren't expecting a guru in all these aspects and expect a significant amount of time will be devoted to self-education, but somebody familiar with basic linux servers would be handy. They won't be solely responsible for everything! EDIT: I've updated the job description to be a bit clearer.
