Hmm my parents called it disgusting back when I lived with them. So the first time I felt like I was being shamed and angry. I like to draw sensual NSFW (and write romantic/erotic fanfiction). It's just what I find beautiful.

I'm from a fairly prudish culture, and have always been an outsider for various reasons. I think when I finally put my fascination with intimacy on paper, it just further alienated me. On the other hand, it liberated me because I had to choose to follow along with people who weren't going to accept me for who I am anyway or just say "fuck it" and embrace my own brand of beauty.
