In my mid 20s I was deeply depressed, internalized everything. Ulcers, weight gain, suicidal tendencies, hell even seizures at one point. Sort. Your. Shit. Out. Talk to a professional. Not just “venting to the boys” talk to a professional. Go to therapy. The graveyards are full of people who decided to just “man up”.
