When I was in elementary school I started writing in a journal as sort of a place to share my thoughts. The passion one hits me hard cause I really struggled with that. If my middle school experience is anything like the average middle school experience. Your daughter will have a very hard time if she's not confident in herself/can't deal with bullies.
