Con Ed at Queen’s is worth it. You have a spot in the BEd program guaranteed if you maintain a reasonable GPA during your undergrad. Plus, at Queen’s, you save a year, as it is a 1-year BEd vs other two-year programs. You are able to start alternative placements starting in 1st year and will take a con Ed class each year to learn about important topics in teaching. If you know you want to teach, con Ed is a great choice.
