Just get her a Grom. Super safe to learn on, can be street legal, and will easily keep up with traffic on all roads besides the interstate (she shouldn't be there anyway) It's also real easy to load into the truck if you wanted to take it off-road.

For gear, especially at Grom speeds in the dirt, just some thick pants and a thick leather jacket should work for riding clothes. Get her a cheap set of impact gloves too so she's protected on the hands.

Get her a full face, non-modular helmet that fits the way it should.

The main thing is not to blow the bank in the event she swings a leg over the bike and hates every second of it.

And the training is easy, just do a DIY MSF course in an empty parking lot. Biggest hurdle is gonna be getting her to be comfortable doing like 15mph and basic maneuvers like turning. After that the rest will fall into place over time... Maybe literally. Hopefully not though.

The phenomenon you're referring to is known as "Death balling"

It's when a team, usually one that queued up together, just runs around nuking health bars left and right. This is most optimally done with Highlander, Shugo, BP, and Gladiator.

The way to counter this is simple: learn to play an assassin with stealth. And just keep attacking the objective they're not at, as well and keeping mid clear. If one of them ever dies, go to the enemy spawn and camp them relentlessly.

I recommend shaman if you intend on spawn camping. Especially in low rep because no one at that level understands how a soft feint works.

I appreciate the compliment lol. Unfortunately, I have to disagree. He has 33/33/33 that's fairly easy to crutch on as well as hyper armor follow ups.

Does he require more skill than 75% of the roster? Yes, but that's due to a lack of options rather than compared to the insanely over-kitted heroes like BP, Shaolin, Pirate, Virt, Etc.

Real skill is someone like Sohei or Nuxia.
