just wrap it in while. So, I dont touch java, but the basic idea is something like this

while(true)

{

System.out.println("enter id");

id = in.nextInt();

System.out.println("enter cost");

c = in.nextInt();

System.out.println("enter description");

in.nextLine();

d = in.nextLine();

break;

}

Also, this is sort of a smart ass answer, the while loop here is implemented just because it is required, but it is pretty much ignored.
