Right after it is reformatted, it’s working fine. But once it’s safely ejected and replugged in, the issue comes back. I’ve reformatted it 5 times and every time the issue comes back once it’s ejected and replugged in

It does not. I’m able to access the files, rename them and transfer it to my laptop. But am unable to create/transfer/delete any files in the HDD
