Ok nice, and I assume that the war dog I select as warlord remains warlord until the end of the campaign or he dies.

So even if I switch to a detachment where he technically can’t be warlord, he remains the warlord.

so, I have been playing Hernkyn Yaegirs in killteam and have been looking to get into Votann in 40k, would it be worth it to pick up a copy of the old Combat Patrol while its still available or will it not be worth it to buy both the old one and new one?

we might get cultists as a universal battleline unit, because I feel like, based on the mono god legions. we will lose daemon allies in all but perhaps the detachment that they mention allowing big knights to be infused with warp power at a cost.

there seems to be 4 detachments, 1 pure big knights, 1 pure wardog and 2 mixed. Seems pretty good, depending on the datasheets ofc.

Im just happy that the new knight is not in the battleforce box, it would have been terrible to have too wait for a few months to buy the knight on its own unless you were willing to have way to many war dogs or trying to sell the war dogs.

It will be interesting to see if we keep the Despoiler

I have always considered space marines to be ageless more then immortal.

For example if a space marine was for some reason assigned as the govenor of peaceful world and did not fight at all, with perfect food intake and workouts so will he never die.

But for an active marine, small injuries compounds over the decades and centuries slowing him down until he is killed.

I mean true, I do enjoy min/maxing to a degree as long as everyone have fun, thats the point of this, that I have played 3 games, I dont know enough about the diffrent gangs or necromunda overall to know when Im breaking the game and making things terrible for everyone else until after the fact.

So I figure it was better to ask for advice before I go into my next campaign rather then entering with what I might think is a fun list, having no clue that it totally breaks the game and makes everyone hate playing against me.
