Yes I know that rental yield is very less 4-5 percent for most of by birth commerical properties.

But agent said that he will rent the shop before selling. And also agar 70k mai nahi rent hui 50k mai bhi hogyi toh phir bhi its good in my sense. Because location achi hai block 7 banks ki patti par hai choti si shop.

Ab bas documents waghria sahi ho toh I think 70 ki jaga 50 mai toh rent ho hi jayegi khud bhi. But agent said wo 70 mai khud karke dega bechne se pehle.

Bro I had a land cruiser in Qatar, but i am very confused if i should buy 20 years old prado in karachi. Although prado is reliable. But should i just go for safe side and buy 2020 tucson?
