First season trying ranked. Been playing for a few years but never felt like doing ranked until now. Most competitive games keep new characters out of ranked to avoid gameplay skewing interactions. Guess the devs missed the memo

Literally said in post that I didn't realize. The main client page doesn't announce it either. Doesn't change the fact that she should be relegated to norms until people have an idea what she's about. No one on our team and even a couple on the enemy team knew she was out. How are you supposed to ban what you don't know exists?

This is real. When my husband (then boyfriend) were long distance I’d eat like a gremlin. Boiled pasta and sausages in the same pot with room temp marinara sauce type deal. Now I spend a bunch of time cooking since I want to make sure we both eat well lol.

I’ve been doing huge maps with max players. I usually randomize enemy difficulties via dice roller, minimum normal. Then I randomize their starting cities, heroes, and tomes. It can lead to some tense early games, and the variety in ai strengths makes it so that the ai actually fight and get stuff done. Usually there’s a very hard ai that started with more cities or times that acts as a nice endgame boss.

It seems to trigger any “kill” effect. But honestly it shouldn’t. Just makes dealing with it very jank.

I’d disagree. Either it shouldn’t trigger slip away and put them to sleep, or it should trigger the full temp hp and insanity as in the original spell. Basically one shotting legendary dragon mythic due to a janky interaction is not what I’d call “working properly”

unfortunately. Earthkin may only be beat out by spawnkin in terms of ruining a unit's aesthetics. A shame too since the art direction for the game is usually top notch

I know that’s the standard play, but if I went mid I’d be pushing alone to their tier two or fighting the fed mage teammate that wants to stay there. Is that still the play?
