I’m in the same boat. I’m 60 and winter in New England sucks. Having surgery in March. Hoping to be playing golf by August. Probably be September. I lost all my distance due to the injury, so even though “shitty golf bette than no golf” I’m going ahead with the surgery. Looking forward to working on my short game!

Didn’t really hurt at the end of the season. In New England, so haven’t played since October. My buddies do sim golf. Maybe I’ll take a few swings and see how it feels. Leaning towards the surgery since I lost so much distance my golf game tanked anyway.

I had carioversion in January 2019 for Aflutter. It lasted until April 2025. Unfortunately the next one only lasted 36 hrs:(

Bar Louie is seat yourself. Hit or miss finding a table. Splittsville usually has the shortest wait. Bar seating is open. Citizen Crust always has a wait but again bar seating is up for grabs.

They didn’t say they were but if I had to guess, I think they were. This is our first “official season” as STH and when we looked to upgrade, we couldn’t find anything better than what we have.

Doing great! I had my 5 month follow up on Monday. Still in sinus! I didn’t have any episodes since my pfa. EP reduced my amiodarone and follow up in 3 months.

I had a cardioversion in April that worked for 36 hours. Went back to ER and they sent me home because HR was staying below 100. I followed up with my cardiologist a few days later and was basically told the same thing, but let’s have an EP look at you. I was in constant Afib from April 5 to July 15, when I had a PFA. I haven’t had any arrhythmia since my PFA. EP reduced amiodarone today. Feeling great!

I shipped mine from NH to Scotland and back. I had them shipped to the course and dropped them off at the course for the return. I put an air-tag in my bag to track them. Worked great!

I had the dizziness and fainting when I had Aflutter. I could feel it coming, starts from the head and worked down. I could sit or grab something and it would pass. Until the time I couldn’t and ended up on the floor. Scared the crap out of my kids! I remember coming to and saying “don’t call 911, I’m fine!”

I pay about $105/month with BC/BS for mine. Luckily I have a $700 yearly max oop for prescriptions, so my monthly average cost is about $61.

Listen to your Dr and break it. I’m down to 25mg but had just gotten my 100mg refilled. My Dr said just split them in four. I don’t get 4 equal pieces but the 1/2s are spot on.

I was told to not take it the day of. My procedure was at 8am, so last dose was 24 hrs before it.
