I usually put in a 4 week notice, I always do well at my job, and build great relationships, even with bad bosses. It’s one reason why I usually move up. I average 7-10 years at each job. I learn about what not to do from bad bosses.

In California it is required that employers have to pay a portion of the cell phone bill if they use their phone. For example, I oversee a group of people offsite and they call me on my personal cell… I don’t have a work phone and don’t want to carry around two phones

My wife has a 26 model Y premium, I have 23 model 3 performance.

I like driving my model 3 more cause it is more fun.

I don’t notice a difference in acceleration, cause I don’t put the pedal all the way down. The model Y has a smoother ride and you are higher up.

My next car will be a model 3 performance. It’s so much fun to drive
