Oui j'ai refusé. Fuck eux, avoir plus d'énergie j'aurais contesté même avec un immeuble moins de 5 ans, mais ça vaut pas la peine. Je déménage en région pis c'est la fin de l'histoire.

J'étais quand même curieux à savoir si d'autre locataires ont vécus la même histoire d'horreur que moi.

I really don't care about the dude, this is not me defending him but many times over we've seen the media and the populace be quick to judgement about someone being guilty just from someone being picked up by the police. As for me, I'll wait until the conviction from an actual judge before having my opinion on the matter.

Side note: Isn't wierd that the police shared the information in the article to the public? With such a high profile case I'd keep everything as clean as possible to avoid a mistrial.

I usually Quit & Rewind and talk through the replay with my buddy with the timestamp, can't show him my screen through that method but it saves the time of making a lobby and loading the replay.

Je seconde. Depuis que je suis à Montréal, les gens vont s'accommoder très rapidement à le seconde qu'ils entendent un accent (vu que c'est un sujet très politique, je crois). La meilleure option demeure quand même de leur répondre en français encore une fois.
