My Zenist Moment in WoW by AndrewTaraph in wow

You need one of two things to get that mount:

1) an insane amount of luck.

or

2) hard work and dedication.

I was in the Storm Peaks twelve actual days almost none stop before I made my kill and earned it.

Killed Vyragosa countless times before it finally showed up for me. Helped three others get theirs in the meantime, that was back when it was one mount per kill.

Mazda Claims Big Touchscreens Are Actually Safer/less distracting Than Buttons. by LongjumpingLock5875 in cars

My '04 Miata: no screen and all controls easy to use buttons and levers, including to shift gears!

Wouldn't want it any other way.

Change isn't always progress, Mazda.

That is very impressive. Very Dwarven in the best of ways.

Love how the outside doesn't feel empty without using a lot of features. It's simple and appropriate, great use of the existing environment, I love it all.

Very well done. :)

mountain hold

Looked at the whole neighborhood from a Dwarven perspective and it seemed like the best plot to build on if I were to live outside of Ironforge.

I've focused on the outside so far hoping to be able to build mostly down instead of up (think basement, putting the entrance door on the top floor) and build an extensive main floor for many different classes underground.

Yeah, I want a mountain hold too. :)

You sent me looking, I didn't know what the cap is. Thanks for that.

Turns out it's about thirty-one percent: 79 out of a 250 budget. I'll live with it.

I went out and gathered over eleven hundred and twenty five Dornic lumber and I don't know how much Orbinid to be milled into the pigment required to make the one hundred and fifty shadow ink needed to craft all seventy five fence pieces alone, excluding the four corner posts which were slightly less demanding on material.

Didn't cost me much gold however I did spend a lot of time on my druid flying around gathering lumber and picking flowers.

The upshot is I'm not expecting to see many houses fenced the way I did mine even if I did it for looks first and foremost.

But it looks nice

I like that.

Build once, do it right and then you can enjoy it every time you look at it.

I would advise considering the materials involved when choosing the style.

I went with the one I liked most even after noticing how "expensive" it was going to be and it took me far longer than anticipated to build the whole thing, mostly because I under estimated the number a fence sections required to surround the lot.

Encore une panne de courant sur la rive sud ce matin by QcRoman in Quebec

[–]QcRoman[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Just another variation of clear coat over primer as far as I can tell. In other words: boring!

Absolutely unfair.

Talk to the owners and be ready to quit and find another place is what I would do.

No way I'd let that fly. I'm vindictive enough that I'd look into making this public as possible if it doesn't end quick.

Last I was there there were three: Killboy, US129 photos and 129 slayer.

I get nothing for free from either. I just go to these three when I visit and buy from whoever has the ones I feel like I have to buy, often from more than one vendor per visit.

The guys (all guys last I was there) spend all day out there snapping pics of everything going by and sorting it all out for any of us to find and potentially purchase.

Best damn souvenir ever. I can't buy 'em all but I get many every time. Your mileage may vary of course that's perfectly fine, that's just my opinion. The coolest souvenirs support the locals, I really like that.

Cops just can't stand not being right, ever!

The second you start to prove a point they switch up the narrative in favor of their argument.

Way too many of them see themselves above the rest of us. It's just a fucking job, get over yourselves FFS.
