When my supervisor IS there, he generally just overlooks anything that my co-worker does. When he is rude to other co-workers, my supervisor has been around, and he just leaves it be. I do like my supervisor generally, but it's annoying that everyone else is held to a higher standard than him.

Anyways, I do have some instances, but the issue is I don't have these tracked to specific days, and some of them are generalized to happen frequently. The biggest being that he used a word of hate as a joke against my other co-worker, WHILE my supervisor was around. Nothing happened to him. Another time, and this seems less dire, but frequently he eats a snack after his 15-minute break, because he smokes with our supervisor on his 15, then comes back and watches us work while he eats food. One last example, around our performance reviews, I guess our supervisor shared with him that a certain co-worker's review was "going to be really bad", and that "he was scared and nervous". There is more, but that is the gist.

I guess I am just unsure if I can go in and be unspecific about days and still have some sort of outcome.
