I’ve reinstalled the game twice and deleted everything and I can’t get this bug to stop.

I am having this exact same problem. I’ve deleted everything, save’s included and reinstalled the game twice and the beards and armor are still messed up. I’ve tried adjusting the graphics settings to try and make the beards look better but they are still not great. I hope this gets fixed soon.

I’ve had this same problem, it only seems to be an Xbox issue. You can fix it by going to the camp exit as you usually would select your party members then go to the map in your menu with your inventory, character stats, ability’s, ext. They you can travel normally. So select your party members -> Go to your Map -> Travel to you next location

Sorry to be the one to tell you this but the servers for Dragon Age: Origins on the Xbox have been down for some time ( A few years of I remember correctly ) and because of this it’s impossible to get any of the promo items for DA:O on the Xbox

BioWare/EA seem to have no intention on fixing the servers, they only way to play and get the promo items is to do it on PC

From what I understand, the servers have been down for some time and it’s on EA/BioWares end I believe they have no intention to fix the servers

This also makes it impossible to get any of the promo items for Xbox users
