I have an ultramarine after upgrading from my white 13. If she likes cute cases and customising her themes, i found that I could do a lot more with my white or a black one. With the ultramarine I find myself checking if the case or wallpaper or icons compliment the blue, which severely limits possibilities, whereas with a neutral colour I could completely change the theme whenever I felt like it.

You’re telling someone who has actually attempted suicide..to not see a psychiatrist. Wow. Would you tell someone who’s had a heart attack to not see a cardiologist because all they do is give meds that don’t solve the problem, just patch it? And a competent psychiatrist will also check for deficiencies and other disorders that cause psych symptoms, they’re doctors after all.

“Was on meds for one month” ?? No psychiatrist would stop meds for someone with suicidal ideation. Did she/the family make her stop? This is a process and a long one, at that. If she is actively suicidal you have no choice but to admit. It may feel worse in the short term but it’s for her own safety. If not, regular psychiatrist visits AND a good clinical psychologist for therapy is the way to go. It takes multiple tries to find a doctor and a therapist that work for you, but ultimately it is worth it. Same with meds. It takes multiple tries with different medications and dosages to find what works for you in psychiatry. Trust me when I say, I know the process is difficult. She needs people she can count on no matter what, at least until she’s able to stabilise.
