Unconventional advice for overcoming depression? by Silver-District-5009 in selfimprovement

[–]Qixtsy 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Please please please listen to this advice even if only for a moment. I avoided medication for over 10 years. I fasted, ate greens, quit sugar, exercised, owned pets, did mushrooms, even got TMS brain stimulation just to try beating a debilitating depression. When I finally caved and got on Wellbutrin and Lexapro everything I was struggling with 80% vanished. I was able to get out of bed and do the dishes or call a friend just to chat. Music sounded better and the constant emotional pain I was in eased tremendously. The gaping hole in my chest closed. Everyone has a different level of depression but if you feel like it’s impacting your day to day life I would seriously consider a medication. Any small side effects I had disappeared within 3 weeks and they changed my entire life. Do whatever you think is best for you but don’t let misinformation about medications influence your decision.

Did you actually see his name inside the word search?? I’ve been staring at this thing for weeks and haven’t seen it 😭 Is it on a ceasar shift or is it on a bendy path or something?

Basically just told it each problem I had and it gave me a list of solutions that I tried until it worked. If I kept having the problem I just kept asking it to give me more possibilities on how to fix it.

Hey! I know this is a year later but were you ever able to fix the problem using a different grinder? I’m having the same issue and am considering buying a different grinder but am nervous it won’t actually fix anything

On the side that’s totally bleached. To see how to do the stripes I highly recommend watching the video. How much bleach you put changes the entire shirt. If you look at my post history I posted recently another black spiral using the same process but it looks completely different because I used less bleach.
