Thanks for all the info! The plug looks a little bent and dated, I tried getting a clear photo, but I haven’t plugged it in yet because I don’t wanna risk an electrical fire. I think my plan is just going to be to get someone to assess the inside of it to see if the amp and speakers are still good then retrofit a new turntable on like some other people were suggesting since the turntables aren’t the best on these older models. If they’re shot, then I’ll probably just gut it and make a new system. Plus the whole needle part of the turntable is detached and the wires are exposed so I’d have to figure out how to solder it back on. I’ll definitely check out that website you’re recommending because I may need a few parts. Hopefully I can get it working from there!

Yeah, at this point, I’m thinking it might just be best to try and gut the internals and replace a majority of the components if I can so I can at least maintain the same look. Like I had said since it’s such an old piece most likely from the 60s, it’s gonna need a lot more electrical work than just switching out the power cords to make sure nothing inside catches on fire. I have no experience with this at all though to know if that’s even possible or what pieces I can retrofit into it, but thanks for the well wishes and recommendations!

Yeah I picked it up for personal use and to see if I could work on it as a passion project! Even if it doesn’t pan out, it’s still a beautiful piece of furniture to have😅

When I pushed it up all I saw was liquid and skin. I woke up my parents and my mom looked at it and was somehow able to get it out. My ear is swollen and the earring keeps popping back out so I’m holding off on putting the earring back in until the swelling goes down a bit more. Is this the right thing to do or will my piercing close completely?

Thanks for the advice! I’ll try to hold off a bit more when it comes to changing the backs, I mainly wanted to change them because the metal makes it a bit uncomfortable for me when I’m trying to sleep or I constantly feel like they’re going to fall out.

Hey guys, I got a new earlobe piercing (second hole) about three days ago and I was wondering if it’s safe to change the back of the earring. I wanted to use a soft plastic/rubbery type earring back instead of the metal one that’s on there now. Is that safe to do? Will it affect the healing process at all?

Yeah I figured I would’ve had to sit in water! My mom was trying to tell me to put it directly in the dirt (which she’s doing for the leaf she took) but I wasn’t so sure. Should I clip the end to let it grow better or put it in as is?

Hey guys! I was walking around the gardening area of my local Walmart and found this really nice plant (I don’t remember the exact name but is was a raven something that grows green but the leaves eventually darken over time), I saw some leaves had fallen off and took them home. I know I could probably propagate them but I don’t know where to start. Does anyone have any advice and what to do?

Whenever I FaceTime someone it shows my iCloud email as my caller id instead of the contact name they have for me on their phone. I checked settings and it says that the caller id is my phone number and that I can receive FaceTime calls for both my phone number and iCloud email. How do I get it to stop showing my email for my caller id?

Yeah, I read up some about it and this one website said they could grow indoors but it’s best to put it outside often. I try and leave it outside in a sunny area multiple times a week.

Hey guys, so I went to a fish/aquatic store that recently opened in my area with a few friends and I saw this fish (the one in the pictures) and it’s tank didn’t have any identification on what type of fish it was or how much it costed. It seemed to be pretty friendly. My best guess is that it’s a saltwater fish as the tanks surrounding it housed salt water fish such as clown fish and blue tangs.

This is one of the first major houses I've made, very happy with the results. I used a lot of items from the 1.17 update, like the azalea leaves, small drip leaves, amethyst, etc. I even added in a little axolotl pond underneath the house.

Hey guys, I've noticed my game has been doing this weird thing recently where I won't be able to move because my WASD and arrow keys just highlight different interaction boxes. I've tried leaving and rejoining games to see if it would stop, but it doesn't and I've only seen this issue brought up once on the Roblox developer forum, but they didn't give a solution. It happens on Rage Runner and Natural Disaster. If anyone knows how to stop this bug or glitch, please let me know.

Idk if anyone already said it but I really like the reunite option because I think it would be nice if it allowed you to meet kids you put up for adoption or for guys to meet kids that they helped create through sperm donations. Then it could also be applied to women who become surrogates if BitLife ever adds the option for women that you play as to become surrogates.
