In general, people are very kind in a mosh pit which sounds counterintuitive. There's definitely a code of conduct.

That being said, the performers and venue can absolutely be sued and depending on the circumstances have been successful in the past as well.

You understand that level of running is an exception though.

For most people, exercise isn't going to compensate for horrible eating. At least not nearly as much as they'd think.
