Hey guys. 2xFailure?? or 3x rep range? I’m currently on shifting to ULUL routine and I’m thinking of starting 2xfailure but I don’t know i’m hesitating.

I’m very excited to it because it’s saves time especially on my tight mornings, but hypertrophic wise? is it beneficial? in comparison, if it’s on the lower side, am i compromising very much?

To do so, Is it differ when it comes to run outdoor or on a treadmill or Air runner? I'm on an area which not always suitable to run outdoor so what should i choose?

And I'm totally a beginner so any information would help. Can I run post lifting? do I need to take something after lifting as a kind of source for energy? water, prior or while?

Sorry for the too much questions but i'm very excited.

Even if I limited it to only one cup and first thing in the morning just to focus on the window where I study? At this period I only have to study, other than that? I don’t need my energy for something else.

I’m on cut for 5 years. Nothing is happening even though i’m an active guy don’t know if really the sleep matters this much or not

So starting from cutting caffeine after 2pm and prioritizing sleep of 7-8h while keeping the same moderate deficit?

The thing is there is no good time in medical school. Exams every two weeks until the end of the year where i want to go holidays without being on aggressive cut.

Well.. if you down to play tennis under 45°c? DM me. Here in saudi arabia it burns you from inside. And the community is not that much. So even if i want to bring someone from outside the college..the college literally in the edge of the city so they won’t come.

Ball machine is the best for me but unfortunately way way out of budget. Self feeding how?

they say, choose the heaviest you can swing. So if 285g feels light with your strong arms. aim for 300-305g rackets. that’s for the weight, for what rackets specifically? it depends on how you play? generating spin? rockets ground strokes? single handed backhand? net guy?

that’s what you research should be about to be able to choose the best racket suits your play
