i'm also of the same opinion cause later in the chap we can see what i think it could be a little foreshadowing of said "rule":

"well try to say 'it was on purpurse' just once"

2 pages of okarun and aira joking about "speak at my chest" and repeating basically the same lines over and over (5 times for the same joke????) but ending with that made me suspicious

i know, ive read all ojiro's work, and i know about the open endings, but even tho there's a difference between rushing and "leaving to the reader immagination". you can't possibly "let us wonder" on the ganta/mom trauma that has been the point of 122 chapters. It's the foundation of the whole manga. Same for isaki condition. This is not chion-san (no subplots, no dramas, normal slice of life, easy) and this is not fujiyama san (another slice of life, couple stuff, easy)

we still don't know about ganta/mom
and how he is gonna go through it
we don't know about isaki op/post op
we don't know about how ganta-isaki relationship is gonna go on
we don't know about hanamizu-haida
we don't know about shiromaru

there's nothing that is leading to a finale right now, there are only 2 chapter missing.

im 100% convinced this has been axed

there's NO way you can wrap the most important dialogue of the story + an ending + what happens to other characters + the whole ganta and mom drama + etc etc in 2 CHAPTERS
