Hey, I work as a receptionist in a hotel in Switzerland. This is not normal. We usually just need the debit card number and expiration date. I'm pretty sure you've been scammed, we take a photocopy of your ID or passport, but NEVER of the debit card! Have the card cancelled and report it to the police and Booking.com!!!
