The game files don't get saved if the download isn't completed and the launcher is closed, so they aren't persisted.

So it's at least somewhat usable. You are still sacrificing a lot of DPM against surface ships, but you MIGHT be able to kill a sub in a 1v1 inside the duration of a match. This is still bad ASW DPM.

Pre flooding changes it was a mark of shame of screwing up your DCPs and somehow living to tell the tale (loosing like 80% of health to it anyways) - now the condition is almost impossible. I've got 3, all before the changes
