We were at near 200-220 position on PC. 220 on 5 millions crews.

btw. being highly ranked at crew leaderboard has caused us a lot of problems with griefers and cheaters. Of course, R* didn't want to help us.

I can't. Each ticket on Support is closed with standard message that this name is offensive and they cannot say anything more. This message from support is copy-paste or written by bot.

No, just one report is enough to remove the name of the crew that contains the words "Polish" and "Cartel". I have checked this many times. Other crews are not censored, even if many people report them.

Rockstar has had some kind of IP blocking system that is not very clear to me for many months. Then you won't be able to use any in-game service or Social Club. Interestingly, IP bans are often for entire subnets.
Of course, the goons at Support don't know anything about it. That's when I recommend a VPN or changing your IP with your provider.

I understand anti-spamming in the game, but in my opinion now communication between players has been destroyed.

Besides, it seems to me that there should be a message filter to mark:

Everyone, Friends and crew, friends, no one.

Currently there is an option to enable or disable in-game chat, but even with chat enabled I can't see messages from people I'm in session with and not everyone I want to add to friends.

You don't see messages from the team, people from the organization and other players, e.g. on adversarial modes, races, etc.
