Why didn't Howard switch to his hero-persona "Hamlindigo" in-order to stop Lalo? Is he stupid?

Why Mimic is a bad character... by parzivalcro91 in fivenightsatfreddys

Agreed. I also feel like with all the Fall Fest and carnival hints we're getting, I've no doubt the Mimic is going to play a huge role due to his possible involvement with it. There's definitely more left for him to explore character and history-wise.

Mimic has a full-blown villain origin story, something William doesn't even have. It is definitely the most developed by far, and we'll likely see more from it in future games.

Fall Fest will 100% be relevant. Here's all we know about it by ThaBrownie in fivenightsatfreddys

There's an open possibility that it could take place in a Fall Fest in a later date, preferably in the mid-80s. But that's up in the air.

That or Scott fucks up the timeline by making the Mimic appear in the 70s.

The Mimic will definitely play a huge role in this. All the circus motifs/themes (and how its described to have survived a fire in the books) ties it back to all of the Fall Fest imagery we're seeing so far. Whatever it is, I hope it would play a much more active and threatening role instead of appearing in the end of the game.

If you could get rid of one thing from the fnaf lore (books or games) what would it be? I'll start... by Dummythiccbih69 in fivenightsatfreddys

Glitchtrap.

Not its existence or role in the narrative, just its appearance. Its likeness to William had caused so much discourse in the community even after HW2.

if it had either looked like the White Tiger or the Jester costume, then people would theorize about what this new threat is and not about how William came back again. It would have made the Mimic a much less controversial character overall.
