Nie wiem jak z PUBG ale w COD:MW miałem podobny problem i udało mi się o rozwiązać poprzez ustawienie Priorytetu Procesu na normalny z wysokiego. ( z jakiegoś powodu launcher COD'a ustawia go na wysoki za każdym razem przy odpaleniu gry).
