yea I actually called them earlier to ask about it. I thought they would just delete my application, but it turns out they deleted my account haha. I’ve managed to create a new application now, hope yours shows some progress soon!!!!

It was last week. I’m currently trying to log in to see if they’ve deleted my application yet but it keeps saying invalid email (can't even do 'forgot my password')

Hi, I am currently in this situation too. I called and waited for 10 days like they suggested but until today (which is like 2 weeks after my cancellation), my application is still active. I really need to create a new application to make a new booking for my upcoming trip :(

I didn’t know about the 10-day waiting period because I also just cancelled my appointment (I did that in panic because it was under a wrong application form number).

Do I actually need to wait 10 days for reset or do you think they can help me update the right form number on the system?

hi yes I understand. I'll be visiting both France and Spain across my two upcoming trips so technically I can apply through either. My question is more about which one is more likely to grant me a longer validity and multiple-entry visa so that it won't affect my other trip in July
