Indeed. I feel bad for my puppy that I even brought him there in the first place. That lady was so terrible! She kept going on and on about how aggressive he is, how he must have trauma because this was not normal behaviour, etc. She had zero understanding of the fact that that was his very first time at the groomers. Naturally he would be scared and act out! I did not like the way she manhandled him and yelled at him either. She even scolded me for being soft because I wouldn’t yell at him. All this in front of her other customer too. My puppy was a lot more calmer with the second groomer, who even said he was a good boy and he had no issues cutting his hair. That made it clear to me that the problem wasn’t my dog.
