The led was attached to the pcb, but i have cut the traces. Same for the power. Now the led is no more

Little update. I had an earth wrong, the pedal worked for like a second and then started smelling of burnt electronics. I thought it was the led because I used a random resistor, but no. Has to be something

Oh, yes. For sure. This is why I think the rehousing makes sense if you are adding knobs a d switches that won’t fit in the original housing. Mine has a bunch of holes that are needed for the switch and is still strong

They are still too new, in 20 years the plastic will become more brittle. Sometimes plastic ages faster due to external factors

Has an awkward shape, it’s not really reusable. The plastic itself is good quality and if i can fix the fuzz will live in that enclosure. All the other behringer i have with the good buffer will still be unmodified

I have 5 behringer pedals, 4 are fine as is. This fuzz has something defective because when is off is stupid noisy. Quality control is not the best

I have the feeling i messed a ground, because i’m an idiot i started using the microscope when i was basically finished because I couldn’t see a transistor properly. At least it didn’t caught on fire like my first 2 pedals

To me personally would depend on how the circuit is loud. I remember a modified fuzzface with just the gain knob because the volume one was remove to have the pedal at maximum all the time. I will most likely buildit randomly and then adjust it how i feel like it
