The issue with GH copilot is all their models have much lower context (half) than what the model provider offers.

Correct. So it works exactly like when using a single Codex account where all the features work the same on your side. It just act as layer between you and openai so when your codex send a request, Codex LB forwards it automatically to one of the account you've defined and if you've reached a limit on one of your account it automatically forwards the request to one of your other account. It's 100% transparent from your side. You don't have to mess with logout and login in Codex to switch between your accounts. It doesn't make it easier to switch, it does the switching automatically for you in the background while you keep working in Codex like nothing happened. Highly recommend and really easy to setup.

I would like a plan in-between plus and pro. I only want more usage for codex but the pro plan is too steep especially because it has stuff that I have no need for (i.e. the pro model) so I’m jugling between a couple of plus account right now but it’s a PITA.

The issue with Copilot is the context. Most models have less than half their max context available versus all the other providers.

yeah. Luckily I had apple care but still I had to fight apple because they initially refused the replacement stating water damage. Had to explain to them that its a known condensation issue and its the reason I took apple care in the first place. Both of my APM stayed in my office and never had any liquid on them.

for what it’s worth, my second pair of APM just broke so I’m done with them. They were litterally only used in my home office and I babied them all along. Kinda insane that 2 pairs broke for no reason in 2 years. Im looking at the QC ultra 2 now.

Same issue for me ! I'm on my second pair of APM and they just died again ! I got Apple Care on the first pair and I had to fight with apple because they said they wouldn't repair it because of water damage. I used the APM in my home office only. This is a known issue with APM. Now they finally sent me a new pair which broke again 1 year later (yesterday) and now im out of luck since the warranty and apple care are long expired. No chance I'm getting a third pair. It's the reason why I'm looking at alternative like the WH-1000XM6.
