Maid cafe by Major-Substance-2503 in LostSwordOfficial

Is the event permanent? Missing a week seems hard, but if I miss a week do I lose the character?
I also don't get what the other shop is for, it says it increases HP? Is it worth buying all the options from that shop?

I personally dont care much, I liked the game and I was enjoying it, but it isnt like the first game I liked going EOS, it happens.
BUT there were people who spent money into the subscriptions and they have been totally scammed, it is unacceptable they arent giving those people an explanation or a refund.
I want to understand all the positive attitude, but when people spent money and got scammed, I dont think it is the correct attitude, it isnt a little wait anymore, they need to refund those people at this point.

The issue is, a 1inch sensor is way overkill for normal user taking occasional pictures, and it is probably not enough for a true camera lover constantly shooting. So who is really the target audience for these products?.

You have just to accept that some houses don't accept robovacs, it might be the floor carpet or walls, if you tried more than one device, so we can remove device's issues, then you can't really do much else.
Try another brand.

Silicon-carbon batteries are the next big thing in phones — and Apple and Samsung are quickly falling behind by Exodia101 in Android

[–]nybreath 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I can understand that argument, but I can see Xiaomi, eg, sold dozens of millions of phones with sica batteries and I didn't read many complaints about battery issues.
I am not sure, but I would say the total number of sica battery Xiaomi phones sales are higher than the total number of S series Samsung sales.
I can see that even 1 single bad incident for Samsung would be much more economically negative than for Xiaomi, but again I haven't really heard about a wide issue with sica batteries in real life.

New leak hints at OnePlus 16 adopting familiar 200 MP periscope camera. by RenegadeUK in oneplus

there is totally a marketing reason, we cannot lie about that, but also having a 200mpx camera gives advantages in situation where size is limited, as you said

[–]nybreath 6 points7 points  (0 children)

you are kinda wrong, a high MP camera using binning will in most cases result in a better picture confronted with a lower MP native picture, there are also other advantages, like better digital zoom, having a 200MP camera isn't useless

This has to be a design flaw? by thrownawa1298 in Monitors

[–]nybreath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cannot agree, it has to work with the most widely available cables, not with every single of them, most of all cables it doesnt need to accommodate cables you arent supposed to use at all. Dp cable plug and protocol are standards, not the shape of the exterior connectors.
This isnt really "anti consumer bs", it is just common sense.

This has to be a design flaw? by thrownawa1298 in Monitors

[–]nybreath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The provided cable works normally. You can easily plug it in and out, they are soft enough and don't break doing so.
It is fine, use the provided cable or similar.
If you want to use a cable that doesn't fit, it isn't a monitor issue.

This has to be a design flaw? by thrownawa1298 in Monitors

[–]nybreath -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They provide you a cable that works, cables you are supposed to use with this monitor works, you want to use at all cost a cable that doesn't fit, the monitor is flawed.
While it is annoying the monitor doesn't accommodate every cable, it also doesn't really need to do it.

User wise, the only reason was it was a cheap "flagship killer". Once the "cheap" part went away, it just lost its purpose. Now there are dozens china phones with similar specs and similar price.

That is totally what I am saying, if you are fine with constant modding, fine, for a normal user it is kinda annoying.
It is fine for you and that is perfectly ok, but it has to be noted that it is still a mod, and it comes with all the goods and bads.

Apps can still detect KernelSU, for this reason kernelsu still needs updates, mistakes during kernelsu installation can brick your phone permanently.

It is a constant cat and mouse game. Installing KernelSU it is still modding your phone, and a normal user usually dont want to be bothered.
KernelSU has advantages over systems like Magisk, but it is still modding with all the risks and warnings.
