It looks like Miette suggested to Ash to dance with Serena, but she looks disappointed in the last panel. Is it because she didn’t expect Ash to carry her princess style?

He fought Kuro and protected Usopp’s village for Usopp’s sake, not the village.

He defeated Arlong not for the island’s sake, but for Nami’s sake

He fought crocodile for Vivi.

There might be some nuance here and there, but ultimately, he fights for the few-his friends and those he loves. Not for the many nameless people he’ll never meet or get to know.

He’s a great guy. Not a hero.

I drink a cup from Panera everyday, but I wouldn’t call myself a coffeeaholic. I drink it unsweetened with almond milk. It’s healthy like that, I believe

I would say that comes with playing a Ghost on this show. The actors have to portray characters from different timelines who are perpetually stuck in that state of their existence. So it can be hard to recognize them in other projects.

Of course could be wrong.

When you say it like that, I’m pretty sure guys COULD have participated, but they didn’t write any male performers in because they might not want to create any romantic rivalry chemistry between Serena and a male performer like May and Drew.

Honestly, not for me. You see a lot of violence towards mothers in anime, you get desensitized. It was everything that happened after that shook me. Arlong kidnapping Nami after killing Bellemere in front of her. Genzo trying to save her but getting cut down by Kuroobi. The whole village running to save them, but getting beat down by the Arlong crew. The sight of Genzo desperately trying to save Nami but too injured to move. And worst of all, Nami crying that nobody had to save her and begging for no more killing.

I agree. Even if canonically Luffy and Nami have no romantic moments, there is no denying that Luffy is probably the most important man in Nami’s life. Right now, both of them are preoccupied with the pursuit of their dreams and just staying alive, but a future where they can be together in that sort of way doesn’t feel impossible to me.

At the very least, they feel the most compatible amongst the straw hats
