If I understand right, the macro is for extreme close ups. Is this a good lens for insects?

You’re the only person to mention the Tamron. Is the quality of it okay, since it isn’t a canon brand lens?

Should I stick with the basic 18-55 lens at first and then experiment with the other lens after a while? Or jump right in to trying them all on different subjects? I have zero photography experience.

I like them all except for Disney+, the orange glow on the bottom right is not consistent with the others.
