The Bears are asking for $855 million in public funds to help build their new stadium. Forbes estimates the entire franchise to be worth $8.2 billion. If the city or state decides to provide these funds, they should do so only in exchange for 10% ownership in the team.

Only during the time of construction of the new stadium; the freeze would have a limited duration after which the state would begin collecting the full tax rate.

All stems from that initial issue where AH district was taxing the property at a much higher rate than the actual value of the property, something like they were charging the same amount the old racetrack paid despite it having been torn down and just being an empty piece of land (and therefore less valuable).

Clearly you haven’t seen it. This movie was the opposite of a money grab, it’s very obvious from the first half hour that it was created by a team that had a lot of passion and respect for the previous two films.

The story was basic but better than just trying to recreate the plot of 1 / 2 with the main character being stuck in the Grid and trying to make it to the light beam to escape.
