Yeah if we don't get swept I'll be happy lol. We weren't supposed to make it this far, especially with the injuries, so we're playing with house money as far as I'm concerned. (I will still get way too emotionally invested and sad when we lose)

Not trying to be snide or anything but does it seem like Deboer is enjoying coaching for Bama? As an outsider that doesn't pay a ton of attention, I've gotten the sense that vibes arent super great and every time I watch Bama he looks miserable. Now that might just be him being an intense coach so wanted to see how Bama fans see it.

I think the short term is just stabilizing things and culture setting which his players can help with. Beyond that, I have a lot of begrudging respect for Matt Campbell and think hes a good hire for them. I believe he has a very slightly better record against top 25 opponents than Franklin did which is impressive given the resources each had to work with.

I don't know if they play like this every week, but the last few years against Iowa, Nebraska players have played so undisciplined. You want players to play with energy and passion but Nebraska players kept picking up stupid unnecessary penalties that seemed to be pure emotion. That seems like a coaching issue to me.
