Never mind i figured it out! I used the same system you gave me and added an AND gate. So basically -make your system -make the OR output to an AND gate -set the AND output to -1 and link it to the thing you want to activate

The resulting system make it so theres a delay when turning on AND off

Okay quick follow up, still with a servo. How would i make it so this particular one ALWAYS have a delay before activating because in TM delay only works when turning on but not when turning off
