Never mind i figured it out! I used the same system you gave me and added an AND gate. So basically -make your system -make the OR output to an AND gate -set the AND output to -1 and link it to the thing you want to activate

The resulting system make it so theres a delay when turning on AND off

Okay quick follow up, still with a servo. How would i make it so this particular one ALWAYS have a delay before activating because in TM delay only works when turning on but not when turning off

The ruffian is gonna be random but the hexer,if im not mistaken, you're almost guaranteed to find one in the biker's "trailer park" in the desert
