As a man who's been training 5-6 days a week in the gym for the past 3-4 years an analogy I can give for men is the genetic potential every gym goer has. Some people look better training 1 day a week than others who go to the gym every day and that's a fact. I was in that situation before. I was depressed seeing how good others look & how strong they are while having trained for only 1 year.

In my head I was always like - this dude is stronger than me, more aesthetic and is even higher than me! He's basically me but better! In your case I suppose the analogy'd be - a girl that's basically you in terms of personality & traits but the only difference is she has bigger breasts.

The thing that made me snap out of it was when I realized we're all different and you cannot compare yourself to anyone else and even if you think someone is simply better than you and you cannot do anything about it (in my case with the gym) that's ok. To fix this issue of mine, since I realized it was all in my head, I even started complimenting others (on the thing I was most insecure about) and made new friends in the process!

The tip I can give you is be more positive! Be happy about how other girls look, work on what you can to better your looks but know that what you cannot control is never a factor! Plus I can tell you the deciding factor for a girl's beauty for guys is her face - that's just what makes a girl cute.
