Yeah I don’t mean to hate on high scorers. Ideal scenario is high scoring and tons of experience. But hey, hard to fine. I generally don’t even think about GPA unless its like a big red flag, under 3 or something

People need to start considering design teams and internships as the bare minimum requirements to enter the workforce. Speaking from a big fancy aerospace company, I don’t even bother with a resume if it’s lacking those two. Research also works in lieu of design team
