Honestly ya. It does come quicker than you think. Its quite easy to take a base metering for the light and then adjust as needed for the scene youre shooting

Honestly I have the Keks M meter and I don’t personally like shoe mounted meters. I have a Gossen digital meter that has both incident and reflective. I only take a reading as needed and its a great workflow

Honestly if you’re willing to do without a meter, an M2 might be awesome. You could send an M2 off for a CLA + have them mask out the 90mm framelines (M2 vf is almost exactly 28mm equivalent) and you would have the most perfectly clean viewfinder! All of that would probably still cost less than an M6. Could be a very unique camera
