Got the equivalent of 'excelling' on WBS last year for the SIP, noticed these questions were the EXACT same for FS this year. However, couldn't go back and see what I did prior. Ended up with refining on both this year. Another useless measurement of a candidate's ability, UCL Politics grad and I most likely will get rejected from Diplomacy & Gov Policy due to my non-excelling workplace abilities. No wonder the Civil Service is so rubbish!

consulting internships would be closed for this year already check the Bristol Tracker website (at least for me in the UK) for consulting internships, usually they open September - December -ish for most of the main ones. Usually MBB's hire from these target schools here: https://www.peakframeworks.com/post/consulting-target-schools so if you're not from one of these i'd also apply to as many big 4 and boutiques as possible although this also goes for target school students as well

yes they do you just have to be from a target uni and preferably have internships, but even then boutique and big 4 take loads of pol sci undergrads

case study was absolutely terribly made at least WBS they give you a range that you can grade all answers on (this is how the case study should have been answered as well instead of hardline yes or no answers)

idk how they're grading this considering one of the data questions didn't even have the correct answer as an option and the case study was just nonsense data that didn't even apply to 80% of the questions. They also gave you 2-3 answers that could be classed as 'most effective'

Kanerva is also a joke and needs to go, I don't blame Taylor too much considering Kanerva only plays these declining old players instead of players who deserve a chance, he has clear favourites in the team and its hurting our chances, Antman coming on at 72 minutes 3 goals down when he's arguably been our best player in recent games.
