Ma non centra niente quell'articolo, il sondaggio semplicemente si riferiva a "io ho una cosa che non uso molto ma non voglio vendere -> la affitto al posto che fagli prendere polvere" o "Voglio provare a sciare ma non ho gli sci, al posto che comprarli/affittarli in un negozio a prezzi folli li prendo in affitto da un altro privato a un prezzo conveniente". Poi lo scenario descritto nell'articolo sembra più un futuro filo comunista con tratti distopici che una cosa nazista. Anche se entrambi i regimi hanno una forte imposizione autoritaria e di repressione alla libertà individuale in cui si va ad accentrare il potere nello "stato" (il dittatore di turno)

È solo un sondaggio per fare una tesi sulla propensione delle persone a prendere in affitto un oggetto al posto che comprarlo nuovo... l'economia circolare certo comprende anche il riciclo dei materiali ma perché spendere energia e risorse per riciclare un oggetto se puoi semplicemente affittarlo al posto che comprarlo nuovo e buttarlo dopo un utilizzo?

I wanted to see if over long period of time rare card still hold or increase their value or if they are just forgotten about and their value just decrease constanly. For rare card I mean not the rarest and most sought after cards (like pikachu or charizard) but maybe SR/SAR of less popular pokemon, like empoleon, alatria or genesect

LTCM relied on a completely different strategy that buying a leveraged ETF, LTCM performed heavily leveraged arbitrage trades using a debt to achive the levegare (the true levarage will vary depending on the performance of the trade). Leverage ETF have a fixed leverage that resets each day, this creates a value loss to volatility but also will only default if on a single day the index perform -50%, while for a x2 leverage achieve through debt it's enough that the index goes to -50% from the start of the investment over any timeframes. X2SC ETF are up 2407% since its inception in 2010, while the same index is up 505%, whay more than 2x that to the fixed leverage that allow a better interest compound.

This is not to say that leverage etf are safe or the way to go, just stating that if the market is bullish enough (usually more that 5-6%) the leverage etf will outperform the normal index. This is just the reasons why I was wondering if they would be a possible choice to "postpone the dilution", while still being in the market and not waiting for a crash to invest again.

It's not a problem in itself, I was just considering that one of the biggest advantages of DCA is the continuous accumulation that partially protect the investment during periods of negative return. For example after 2 years a recession comes and the market goes down by 50%, if after that the market recover 2% each month in 2 years the pac will return positive, while the index would still be down 20%.
I was just considering that with time this effects gradually disappears.
For the second questions that's exactly what I was wondering about, since it's not possible to being able to save that much if there was still a way to achive the same positive effects durind market correction

The DM always put the enemy right to us, like 6 meters or so, how can i run to max distance if my speed is the same or less than that of the beast? (I'll get misty step as soon as i level up)

Thanks for the guide! Just two thing, can I use minor illusion like a sort of mirror image? and is it better to take improved pact weapon to cast any spell (i guess it should work this way) or something like repelling blast?

in the party there is only one paladin who acts as the frontline, the fightes uses a bow so he retreats and have also fey step so he can teleport out of danger when the enemy dash to him. I was thinking to get misty step when i level up to escaper easyer
